Trader joes chocolate croissants
The captain is a genius, he decided to heat the house in the am by figuring out the auto timer on the oven. Well maybe I am the genius because I decided to try making trader joe's chocolate croissants which need to proof overnight. I woke up to delicious flaky chocolatey croissants. They are just as good as the ones we had in france or italy! I think I'm in love!
