Double Happiness!

For our wedding I decided to bake cookies and stumbled upon this awesome mold...it's actually for moon cakes, but I'm trying to be crafty and use it to make cookies. I've tried twice so far, the first batch was delicious but the image melted, and here's attempt #2, which is looking good, but not as tasty....luckily I found another blogger with a delicious blog and she shared a 3rd recipe with me. I want to make them again, but first I think I need to eat all of the cookies I just made or we'll have too many cookies in the house...what a problem to deal with huh? :)

Hey those look pretty good. I love that you are using a moon cake mold. What does the mold say on it?

Adeli,
It is actually two of the same character for "happy" so together they mean double happiness and are used when people get married.
