I made layered rainbow cupcakes with homemade buttercream frosting (as well as funfetti cupcakes). I used decorator's icing and Airheads Xtreme Sour belt candy to complete the rainbow look.
Why did I do this? I'm going to be volunteering at the Royalty over the Rainbow Event
Hopefully everyone digs the cool rainbow layers!
